The Indiana Rail Road

The Indiana Rail Road operates mostly over former Illinois Central trackage between Indianapolis, IN and Newton, IL, with a secondary line, formerly the Milwaukee Road, between Terre Haute and Bedford. In late April, 2017, I set out to document the INRD, a railroad that was alway a mystery to me and in some ways, continues to be. The trip was very productive, and I hope to return again sometime. In addition to INRD's SD9043MACs, several older EMDs make an appearance, as does the Cummins test locomotive, and Norfolk Southern run-through trains. Notable locations include Jasonville, Sullivan, Bloomfield and the infamous Tulip Trestle. Enjoy, subscribe and thanks for watching!!
