After surviving Train Street, I try authentic Phở Gà (Vietnamese chicken noodle soup) for the very first time before finishing the day at one of Hanoi’s best rooftop sky bars overlooking the city during a tropical storm. From incredible Vietnamese food to unbelievable views across Hanoi, this turned into one of my favourite days in Vietnam so far!
