My following research made me realise just how sensitive our hair can be to seasonal changes and hormonal fluctuations. In response, I've made some significant adjustments to my hair care routine. I also share a couple of my favourite nail polish shades as well as my favourite hair oils, which I’ve been using to promote hair growth.
