Fundamental principles of public administration; social rights and education as a duty of the State. 7.2. Law No. 8,112/1990 - Single Legal Regime for Federal Public Servants. 7.3. Public procurement: Law on Public Bids and Administrative Contracts - Law 14,133/2021. 7.4. Regulates the administrative process within the Federal Public Administration - Law 9,784/1999. 7.5. Provides for the sanctions applicable for the practice of acts of administrative impropriety, as referred to in § 4 of art. 37 of the Federal Constitution; and contains other measures - Law 8,429/1992.
