Luna In 2012, was diagnosed with Stage 4 adenocarcinoma of the lung at the age of 54. She had no symptoms—no cough, no shortness of breath—but a routine ER visit after abdominal pain revealed that her cancer had spread to her liver and bones. She eventually learned she was one of about 1% to 2% of lung cancer patients with a biomarker called ROS1.
