Chasing Waterfalls at Sahastradhara, Dehradun | Oursoulfultravel

While we were in Dehradun, we came to know about Sahastradhara and instantly decided that we had to visit this famous spot. Known for its beautiful waterfalls and sulphur springs, we were excited to experience it ourselves. However, when we reached, things were not exactly as we had imagined. Due to the heavy monsoon floods, much of the area had been washed away, and the place looked quite different from what we had seen in photos and videos. Even so, the natural beauty and peaceful vibe were still very much there. What truly made the visit special was the crystal-clear water flowing through the rocks. Daryl especially had an amazing time — playing in the water, splashing around, and even taking a refreshing bath. The water was cool, clean, and incredibly rejuvenating after a long day of travel. Despite the changes caused by the floods, Sahastradhara is still a place worth visiting if you love nature, fresh mountain water, and quiet scenic spots.
