Cleber Fossá fala sobre regulamentação do uso de ciclomotores e bicicletas elétricas

Councilman Cleber Fossá praised the submission to the Chapecó City Council of Bill 156/026 – which regulates national traffic legislation regarding the circulation of mopeds, electric bicycles, and individual mobility equipment on Chapecó's urban roads. Fossá had been requesting the Executive Branch to submit a bill to this effect since last year. According to the councilman, it was necessary to establish rules for safety, enforcement, traffic education, speed limits, the use of protective equipment, and circulation criteria in public areas of the Municipality of Chapecó, bringing greater safety to users and the general public. According to current legislation, municipal regulations can only originate from the Executive Branch.
