Restaurant Style Garlic Chicken Ingredients 500 g boneless chicken thigh pieces, cut into bite-sized pieces 2 tbsp cornflour 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste pinch of turmeric ½ tsp salt, chilli/paparika tbsp mix all marinade, set for n hour For the Garlic Sauce 15–20 garlic cloves, finely chopped 1 medium onion, diced 1 tsp crushed black pepper 1 tbsp crushed pepper 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp vinegar ½ tsp sugar Salt to taste 4 tbsp oil 2. Cook Chicken Heat oil in a pan. Shallow fry the chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and keep aside. 3. Make Garlic Sauce if oil left or add 2 tbsp oil Add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant and lightly golden. Add onions and Stir-fry on high heat for minute Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and 2 tbsp cornstarch a little salt and MSG/Ajinomoto salt (optional) Cook for 1 minute. 4. Finish Add the cooked chicken. Toss well on high heat for 2–3 minutes until the sauce coats the chicken. Garnish with onion rings and lemon wedges. Yummy Garlic Chicken ready to serve 🍗 😋
