This Highway Guardrail & Crash Barrier Roll Forming Line is designed and produced for European Customer in 2016. The video recorded the roll-forming equipment working in the customer's factory. It manufactures Freeway Road Guardrails & Barriers automatically from galvanized steel coil and black oxide steel coil. In the production line, both 2-waves （W-Beam） and 3 waves (Thrie-Beam) vehicular guardrails are able to be produced by interchangeable cassettes (raft-type / plate type roll forming). The roadside railing system mainly consists of guard rail beams (W-Beam or Thrie-Beam , posts uprights ( C / U / Sigma), and other parts. it is a safety barrier system for running vehicles on the roads. This line consists of an uncoiler, flattener, servo-feeding, hole-punching system,pre-cut off, roll former, and automatic stacking system. The automatic stacking machine conveys the finished guardrails and side-transport them to the unloading position, forklift lifts the guardrail piles and loads them into the trucks. Safety barriers around the machine are also available for customers. This roll forming line is modular-designed and is available to ship by container transportation.
