Kettle helm Test build - Part 1 - Cutting and Dishing
How to build a kettlehat, well kinda. This is just a build to test the pattern. It worked out nice in the end so a proper build is already on the way. A kettle helm was the most popular soldier helm throughout the middle ages. It provided good protection without obscuring visions or air. This build is 18 gauge mild steel. Use protection or else you'll get hurt and you can't blame me.
