Because the issue isn't whether an unexpected event will arise, but how it will be handled. And how quickly. The star of the test is the MAN TGE Next Level, a large van that doesn't overturn the formula, but rather brings it to maturity. Up to 7.39 meters in length, 18.4 m³ of cargo volume, engines from 102 to 177 hp, and drivetrains for every need: there's no shortage of substance here. But the real leap is in the cabin, completely redesigned, with digital instrumentation and a 12.9" central display that becomes the heart of the vehicle. The MAN Media Van system manages navigation, infotainment, and on-board functions with over-the-air updates, while the ADAS systems—27 in total—improve safety and comfort without being invasive. Simone, a professional arborist, climbs behind the wheel and immediately puts the driving, visibility, and assistance to the test. The verdict is clear: high comfort, precise steering, a smooth engine, and truly useful technology. But the most important test comes in the workshop. A simulated anomaly allows the value of MAN service to be verified. Thanks to MAN Service Care, the vehicle reports the problem, the workshop takes charge of it, and prioritizes intervention. Less downtime, more work. Because a truly professional tool must not only perform well: it must also be back on the road quickly.
