Homemade Panel Saw From Pipes And Castors -- Every Workshop Should Have One!

Panel saws are great for cutting up big 8 x 4 sheets of plywood or chipboard or mdf or whatever. They cost thousands to buy though, so I made this one a few years ago now and it cost maybe 40 euros plus the skil saw that I can still use separately if I want to. It is brilliant! I use it often and it has to be one of the most useful tools I have. The long spring is just to keep the electric flex out of the way.
