We’re back from Vacation and I’m feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!! We’re getting back in this Hoarded Basement!! In this episode, I’m going to explain why baby step Decluttering has been my only successful way to clean out the hoard. I also address the emotion work that I’m doing to truly free myself of pass trauma and my need to hoard things.
