I Bought (another) Antique Sewing Machine | Unboxing Singer 28k Vibrating Shuttle Machine Welp. I was not expecting this! Lets just call it a happy accident! My first non-electic antique sewing machine! The Singer 28K is a short bed or 3/4 style “portable” machine with a vibrating shuttle. This beautiful antique Singer was made in 1905, and has seen a lot of things. She may not be the most shiny or decal-ed out, but I love her!! I lucked out again on Facebook Marketplace - can't beat no shipping fee! I have a lot to learn with this machine, but for our first run - I think it went seamlessly 😅 I was worried about the shuttle bobbin, but it's not as scary as it looks. The bullet shape was misleading. I am so excited to use this with a future project! I just don't know if I should use the 99-13 or the 28k first?! Like picking my next project wasn't hard enough already! I will be FINALLY making a sewing project next week, my half finished video is getting pretty annoyed with me.
