Digging up trees from the wall to make bonsai is like hunting for treasure, but the treasure here is a few "bush" tree stumps growing sloppily. From afar, they look like nothing, and anyone can easily ignore them, but when trying to wade through the mud to get closer, oh my, the roots cling tightly to the wall, the trunk is curved like a shrimp, as if it is posing. When prying it up, it is like an "arm wrestling" contest with the wall, struggling and worrying about breaking the roots. Sometimes you win, and you hug the tree stump as if you have struck gold; sometimes the tree loses all its roots, and you can only sit and laugh. However, the feeling of washing the dirt off, looking at the rough trunk, the curved shape, and imagining it becoming a bonsai... is indescribably fun. Honestly, digging up trees from the wall is sometimes more fun than fishing, because the fish run away but the tree stands there obediently waiting for you! hahaha.
