Meiko Kaji 梶芽衣子 highlights from Brilliant Detective (Kareinaru Keiji, 華麗なる刑事), 1977 episode 29

A collection of scenes from episode 29 of the 1977 Japanese TV series Brilliant Detective (Kareinaru Keiji, 華麗なる刑事) directed by Hideo Suzuki (鈴木 英夫). The show lasted 32 episodes and Meiko appeared in 5 of them. It starred Masao Kusakari (草刈正雄) and Kunie Tanaka (田中 邦衛) as police detectives. Meiko plays a character named Rie Misugi who is a detective from a different precinct that helps out on some cases. This episode also features Toshiaki Nishizawa (西沢利明) as the villain. The DVDs for this show are LONG out of print and very expensive, but I managed to get my hands on one of them. I've uploaded the full episode to Internet Archive.
