Skiing A New Line On The Crowfoot Glacier

Ive stared up at the Crowfoot glacier for ages and the last 2 seasons I started to piece together a line onto and off the glacier. Back in the day you could skin/climb up onto the ice more easily but with the recession its become a hanging glacier guarded above and below with complexity. We skied the NE face of Crowfoot mountain onto the glacier which was likely a first descent. Our line off the hanging glacier also could be a new line. Going into this I expected a minimum of 4 rappels but in the end we got away with a clean ski descent!
