Building the evidence base for narrative CVs
DORA’s Community of Practice (CoP) brings together national and international initiatives working on responsible research assessment reform. This quarterly meeting is a space to share experiences, connect with like-minded organizations, and collaborate on common goals. Agendas are shaped by participants. Our November 11, 2025 Q4 meeting featured four research groups studying narrative CV (NCV) implementation. They shared insights on applicant experiences, reviewer behavior, and cultural change challenges. Each presentation covered project context, methodology, findings, and future directions. Watch the recording and explore slides from these four impactful presentations on our website https://sfdora.org/2025/11/30/evidenc... and learn more about the CoP at https://sfdora.org/national-and-inter....
