Eggless Jam Roll Cake | Soft & Spongy Bakery Style | No Eggs Soft, fluffy & perfectly rolled Eggless Jam Roll Cake made using a simple bakery-style formula 🍰 This cake is light, flexible, and crack-free — perfect for beginners and home bakers. ✔ No Eggs ✔ Super Soft Sponge ✔ Perfect for Rolling ✔ Bakery-Style Texture 📍 Follow me on Facebook for more healthy & tasty recipes 👇👇 🔗 / 1f3shy75mc 📏 YIELD • 1 Large Jam Roll • Tray Size: 10 × 14 inch • Thickness: Perfect for rolling 🧾 INGREDIENTS 🧁 Cake Sponge Maida / All-purpose flour – 150 g Powdered sugar – 150 g Chilled water – 150 ml Sunflower oil – 22 g (1½ tbsp) Vanilla concentrate – 30 g Baking powder – ¼ tsp (1 g) Salt – 1 pinch 🍓 Filling Mixed fruit jam – 150 g+100g=250g Desiccated coconut – 100 g 👩🍳 METHOD 🔹 Step 1:Add Dry Ingredients Mix together: • Maida • Baking powder • Salt •vanilla concentrate. Combine and keep aside . 🔹 Step 2: Prepare Batter In a large bowl add: • Sugar • Water Whisk for 2 minutes until sugar dissolves completely. Add dry ingredients & Beat on medium speed for 2–3 minutes until smooth & flowing. 🔹 Step 3: Add Oil Add oil.
