Fome e insegurança alimentar no Brasil

Brazil was removed from the UN Hunger Map in 2014, but today we are once again witnessing a rise in the number of Brazilians who have nothing to eat. According to data from the National Survey on Food Insecurity, conducted in December 2020, 19 million Brazilians are experiencing hunger, representing 9% of our population. 116.8 million Brazilians live with some type of food insecurity, 55.2% of the country's inhabitants.
