Soil preparation 🛠️ Before installing your composter, spread a layer of RBC (Ramial Wood Chips) to aerate and promote drainage 🌿. 3. Materials needed 🧰 You will need 6 pallets and small brackets to assemble everything. Start by building the border, then add a second pallet to form a solid corner. Continue this process to create the sides and bottom of the composter 🛠️. 4. Divide into two compartments ➗ Use an additional pallet to divide your composter into two parts: one for fresh waste 🍃, and the other for already decomposing waste 🔄. 5. Wire mesh tip Install wire mesh on the bottom and sides to better retain waste while ensuring good ventilation 💨. 6. Aesthetic finish ✨ Customize your composter with poplar joists and planks to give it an elegant look. Add a small roof to protect it from excess moisture 🌧️. 7. Total Cost 💸 The whole thing will cost you less than €50, plus a liter of walnut husk for the finishing touches 🍂.
