[ELASTIC Demo Series] Multi-platform Attestation – Portable Trust Across TEEs

The Multi-platform Attestation Component developed in ELASTIC enables portable verification of attestation evidence from different Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs). Instead of hard-coded logic in a verifier, verification functionality is encapsulated in dynamically loadable WebAssembly components, allowing the verifier to acquire support for new TEE types and versions on demand. The module interprets platform-specific evidence and produces attestation results through a unified interface. This enables orchestration services and applications to establish trust between workloads across heterogeneous edge-to-cloud systems. In this demo, we show a generic verifier service that loads TEE-specific Wasm modules on demand, verifies evidence, and returns results in a common IETF RATS EAT-based format. The current prototype works with the Confidential Containers Trustee framework, supports verification of AMD SEV-SNP and Intel TDX evidence, and will be extended with support for additional platforms.
