I used egg yolk and mascarpone so it'll taste more like an original tiramisu. +Taste I used a non-sour mascarpone so it will mostly suit everyone's taste. The coffee scent and chocolate powder goes well with cream. I didn't refrigerate it so the cream might seem a little watery but if you keep it in the refrigerator it will harden a bit. Doesn't matter what kind of cup or container you make it in but because there's no gelatin included, a moose ring shouldn't be used.:) This will serve about 6 people so if you'd like less cut everything into half. Kahlua isn't necessary. You can use Mascarpone cream cheese also. You can use deep black coffee without any water instead of espresso. (No sugar in coffee) ▶Ingredients ladyfingers 3 eggs, 70g sugar, 3ml vanilla extract, 70g cake flour, 30g powdered sugar coffee syrup 60ml espresso, 150ml water, 30ml sugar, 20ml kahlua mascarpone cream 5 egg yolks, 130g sugar, 500g mascarpone, 335ml whipping cream, 30g kahlua cocoa powder [Lady Fingers Recipe] 1) Separate the egg whites and yolk. Whip the egg whites 2) Add in sugar 3 times and keep on whipping 3) When the meringue becomes a thicker consistency add in the yolk and vanilla and gently mix 4) Add weak flour and use a spatula to whip the meringue 5) When everything is completely mixed and there's no powder left, pour it into a pastry bag and put a 1~1.5cm tip on top. 6) Squeeze out the batter into finger sizes and sprinkle sugar powder on top 7) Pre-heat the oven at 170 Celsius and cook for 12min. Then let it cool off. [Coffee Syrup Recipe] 1) Place the ingredients into a flat plate and mix until the sugar all melts [Mascarpone Cream Recipe] 1) Mix the egg yolk and sugar 2) Cook it in a double boiler (keep on stirring) 3) Heat until 75 Celsius (If you don't have a thermometer check the consistency) (This process will take up to 10 min) 4) Place the egg yolk aside and put the mascarpone in an extra bowl and whip with a spatula 5) Add the egg yolk a little by time into the mascarpone and mix (+ add some kahlua also) 6) When it's thoroughly mixed, mix sugar and whipped cream in another bowl and whip it 7) Add this whipped cream into the mascarpone batter 2 times 8) Prepare plates and containers for the finished cream, lady fingers and coffee syrup [Last Touch] 1) Slightly dip the tips of the lady fingers in coffee syrup and lay it out on a container 2) Put some cream on top 3) Repeat step 1 and 2 once more 4) Refrigerate it and before eating sprinkle some chocolate powder +Using video without permission, second hand editing, and reuploaded is forbidden. #CJDIATV
