Permaculture Nursery at Start of Drought

http://www.edibleacres.org Been dry at the main nursery. Dry enough that where there is bare soil there is dust. Luckily we have almost no bare soil and have been practicing water wise growing methods there for 10+ years so the landscape can handle this for the most part. Mulching like its going out of style, complex plant communities with high density and infrequent but deep watering all help the plants to handle this situation.
