HSP Camper - How to Tune the Nitro Engine

In this tutorial I am covering how to set the idle, tune the Low speed needle and high speed needle settings of your Nitro Engine. This tutorial is based upon a HSP Camper Nitro Buggy using SH .18 Engine, although the tuning concepts are the same for any Engine running Nitro.
