Value of having arborist peers & business buddies

I've had mentors since I entered the industry, and had some opportunities to guide newer arborists as well. In the past few years, I've finally established a network of peers that I look forward to growing with and reuniting with at various events. In my opinion, there is a different & specific value of having peers that are at a similar experience level to you.
