Incendio de nave de reciclaje en San Fernando de Henares

Fire at a cardboard and plastics recycling plant in San Fernando de Henares. At 3:00 PM, firefighters from the Community of Madrid were dispatched to a fire at an industrial building in San Fernando de Henares. Initially, there was considerable alarm due to the potential for the fire to spread to the surrounding pastures and the rest of the 70,000-square-meter building. Seven fire crews from the Community of Madrid Fire Department are currently working to contain the fire within the building, affecting approximately 1,000 square meters. The mop-up and cooling operations will continue for several more hours. No injuries have been reported.
