today was a win (and I won’t let my brain convince me otherwise)

I really wanted to challenge myself today and try some thing I’ve been putting off for a little while! It might sound silly, but Trader Joe’s is a place that I’ve been wanting to shop at for so long. The thought of walking in has always intimidated me (because of a random little comment from a stranger like…11 years ago.) My goal was to go inside, grab a few things and try new foods today! Ironically, I achieved everything I set out to do. BUT, the way in which it happened made me feel like I had failed at my original goal. My brain is a liar and I’m just going to keep moving forward.
