“You’ll play your part” Rani feels like she isn’t in place as her being the new princess of the Pride Lands. She sings about after all the things she accomplished, she has no idea what her future will be. And even though she’s a princess she feeds she has nothing meant for her to do in life. As she sings her older realitives she her sadness and begin to understand why. Sarabi first comes up to Rani and tells her its ok to feel like she can’t see her future, but that she has to remember that each choice she makes will guide her way. Then Nala tells Rani that waiting for an opportunity to be part of the princess pride can be hard, knowing by her own experience. Finally Kiara cheers up Rani and tells her that she is gifted and strong, so she belongs to be princess of the Pride Lands.
