Measures include regular inspections of prison hospitals and the establishment of modern healthcare infrastructure to address the mental and physical well-being of inmates. Improvements include the introduction of 30 air-conditioned prison vans, the provision of mattresses in holding areas (*Bakhshi Khanas*), and the creation of play areas for children accompanying incarcerated parents. An excellent initiative for the education and training of prisoners is underway through literacy programs and the "One Barrack, One Library" policy.
