Making an Adjustable Dress for an Adjustable Body | My Thoughts on Size Fluctuation
I have this favorite dress I love to wear, but can only wear it every once in a great while because my size is shifty. While I could definitely alter this dress, I would be back in the same situation once my size shifted again, as it inevitably will, and I would have to alter it yet again. So instead, I decided to make a new dress, with adjustability built in. If my size is going to be shifty, then I'll make a dress that is shifty. Two can play at this game. Heh, heh. Size fluctuation can be a sensitive subject, and everyone has their own reasons for why, and their own methods of dealing. In this video I share my own thoughts on the subject. Those thoughts have definitely, very much, rubbed many people the wrong way. But they are my thoughts and feelings, and my intent is not to offend or harm anyone, quite the opposite in fact. I am sharing now, because I have a sneaking suspicion I am not the only one with thoughts like these.
