Carina (and I) pushed ourselves to the limit at the HYROX Women's Double Pro – and it was worth it: 1st place (in our age group) + qualification for the World Championships in Chicago! Wow. 🥳 Carina, as a young mom with a one-year-old daughter, and myself after a 4.5-month break due to my participation in @Exatlon_Germany – without any specific endurance training – and yet, of course, we gave it our all together. What made us strong? Our mutual support. We supported each other in our strengths, pushed each other through every challenge, and above all: we were really motivated, had fun, and focused!
