When you're overstimulated or feeling the panic creep up, try this 5 minute breathing practice of equal breathing. I will guide us through a few rounds and then let you continue on your own for the remainder of the time. This is a wonderful practice for overstimulation because it helps to calm and balance the nervous system. You can do this practice seated or lying down, eyes open or closed. Once you get the hang of it, you can start practicing in all sorts of real world stress pockets. :) I hope this brings you some peace.
