Ingredients: • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie works great) • 2 cups chicken broth • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted • 1 packet Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix • 2 cup milk • 1 teaspoon garlic powder • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper • 1 pk frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn—optional) Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. Melt the butter and pour it into a 9x13-inch baking dish. 3. Layer the shredded chicken evenly over the butter. 4. Sprinkle the frozen vegetables on top (if using). 5. In a bowl, mix the chicken broth and cream of chicken soup until smooth. Pour this over the chicken. Do NOT stir. 6.
