It is also advantageous to have a slipstreem partner to achieve the highest possible score. Watch your nitro and use it only when the nitro bar is in the blue zone. As soon as it drops into the red zone, wait for it to refill sufficiently. The LONGER you use nitro from the BLUE ZONE, the STRONGER the effect. _ 03:05 | The Perfect Delivery Vehicle: 1967 TOYOTA 2000GT (Loaned) For this event, make sure to take the shortcut right at the start and save your nitro for the hills on the golf course. From there, simply follow the track and try to avoid hitting any NPCs. Having a slipstream partner can also be an advantage here. _ 05:01 | The French Upgrade Vehicles: 2018 RENAULT Megane RS (Loaned) 2016 RENAULT R.S.01 (Loaned) You have to play solo in this event. Set the difficulty to 5/5 to use the NPCs' slipstream to your advantage during the first half - you will likely pull away from them in the second half. Since you are driving loaned vehicles here, pay close attention to your nitro usage. Because the nitro doesn't refill during the vehicle switch at the 50% mark, make sure to save enough nitro to utilize the power of the more capable vehicle. _ 08:58 | The Racer's Perspective Vehicle: 1967 TOYOTA 2000GT Tuning-Set: Nitro Chemist | Pure & Extra Pump It’s Pro Racer time! Keeping a clear overview can be difficult in first-person view, so pay close attention to your minimap, especially during jumps, to better gauge what comes next. At around 49%, you can take a small shortcut. Watch out for walls and curbs, then drive diagonally through the checkpoint. Having a slipstreem partner is not necessary in this event. _ 12:44 | James' Episode Vehicle: 2009 MASERATI Granturismo S Tuning-Set: Doesn't matter, take what you want. In this event, all you have to do is steer and avoid hitting the cones. It gets slightly faster with each lap, so from lap 4 onwards, I recommend swinging slightly wide to the right for the penultimate corner and avoiding aggressive steering movements. If your car starts to slide, steer sharply to slow it down a bit - otherwise, try to minimize sliding as much as possible. _ 16:03 | Last Year's Return Vehicle: 2016 RENAULT R.S.01 Tuning-Set: Nitro Chemist | Pure & Extra Pump There isn't much to say about this event. Drive down the mountain using the rewind feature and smash through everything in your path. Then, start again from high up and at the last jump try pushing the left stick up while using nitro so the car steers downwards and you don't miss the speed trap. _ 19:52 | Long Jump Vehicle: 2009 MASERATI Granturismo S Tuning-Set: Nitro Chemist | Pure & Frenetic To achieve the longest possible jump, you need to hit the ramp with as much nitro as possible. Start using it the moment you drive onto the ramp, then tap the left stick down repeatedly, about once in a second - for a second. This tilts the car's nose upward and carries you further. _ 20:52 | TOTW: Jump Fall Ride Vehicle:2016 RENAULT R.S.01 Tuning-Set: Nitro Chemist | Pure & Extra Pump For this event, you should turn off the rewind feature, as there is a major shortcut at around the 25% mark. There, you can drop down to the track below, drive a short distance back along the course, and then jump towards the mountain after the right-hand turn. Once you are close, hold down the reset button, and you will land on the track above.
