Authorities reported that access will be free, but capacity will be limited to approximately 25,000 people in the area surrounding the Angel. Once that capacity is reached, no further entry will be permitted, and attendees will be directed to other areas with giant screens installed along Reforma. In addition to capacity control, the operation includes security checkpoints, access closures, an extension of the alcohol sales ban, surveillance via C5 cameras, evacuation routes, and the deployment of approximately 40,000 public servants, including police officers, civil protection personnel, and workers from various agencies.
