Ulyana Suprun’s return to the public sphere has reopened the discussion about one of the most resonant reforms of independent Ukraine. The medical system, the role of diaspora representatives in power, the responsibility of politicians for personnel decisions and the consequences of borrowing Western experience – all this remains the subject of heated debate. The desire to involve people from abroad in the reforms has come up against the harsh Ukrainian reality – nepotism, cronyism and the class structure of society, which cannot be broken only with beautiful slogans. Founder of the website "Trigger" and the YouTube channel "Trigger MMA", founder and editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Medical Specialty" (2015 - 2018).
