DC Rewind 2026 - A Million Dreams

Presenting our very first RSPDC recap video, DC Rewind 2026! This is an initiative by RSPDC's 31st Senior Main Committee. This video was proudly brought to you by members of the NTU Welfare Services Club, Regular Service Project for the Deaf Community (NTU WSC RSPDC). Who are we? We (RSPDC) are a group of student volunteers who aim to increase deaf awareness in Singapore and empower the deaf community through our interactions with them. We provide tuition services for children with hearing difficulties, or who are children of deaf adults, and we also plan events for Deaf youth and adults! Why song-sign? The main purpose of song-signing is to raise awareness about the Deaf amongst the hearing, as well as to showcase the beauty of sign language. Song-signing is interpreting a song using a mixture of Sign Languages, gestures, and facial expressions! For this performance, Singapore Sign Language (SgSL) and visual-gestural communication (VGC) were used.
