Her innovative mindset drove transformation and fostered meaningful change by turning challenges into opportunities, creating value, and making a lasting impact. Dr. R. Sujatha is currently the Principal for Entrepreneur Education with Wadhwani Entrepreneur (WE), Wadhwani Foundation. She head the WE Academy faculties, consultants and conduct Faculty Orientation Programs to enable them deliver entrepreneurship courses. She also manage content for WE Academy programs offered for students aspiring to become entrepreneurs and Early stage start-ups. Earlier Dr. R. Sujatha served as a Professor with Amity Business School in the area of Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource and Entrepreneurship with rich teaching and research experience. She have 40 National and International conference papers, 50+ published research papers and cases in both National and International Journals. Also one of the authors for published books titled "Human Resource Management and for Organizational Change" and "Human Resource Management and the Implementation of Change" with Routledge Publication.
