We'll be doing a routine of 8 powerful exercises, repeating each one 4 times. The format is the classic Tabata: 30 seconds of intense exercise. 10 seconds of rest. This routine includes: A dynamic warm-up to prepare the body. Moving squats. Cross climbers (for rock-hard obliques). Lower and upper ab work. And a high-energy finish!
