How to install a factory stabilizer disconnect from a Bronco Badlands into any other full size 2021+ Bronco Model. Wildtrak shown. UPDATE: We've gotten a ton of great feedback from people duplicating my process here, and that's awesome! In addition we've learned from others doing more testing with the solenoids that they do not need a full 12 volts, and that by wiring them in series rather than parallel you should get more life out of them and they should not heat up as much. The change I've made to our wiring is quite simple, connect wires 2 and 3 to each other rather than to power and ground. This is a very easy change to make on the vehicle with just a quick cut and splice. To summarize, 12V+ goes to wire 1, wires 2 and 3 spliced together, then wire 4 to ground. This puts the solenoids in series, effectively halving the voltage.
