ACF 018 DIY Test vehicle induction loop for $0

Build a test loop to test vehicle loop detectors without looking up to an actual inground inductive loop. These are great to have when diagnosing vehicle loop detectors. The idea came from a Reno A & E white paper from 2002 ( Test Loop Fabrication 03-13-02.doc ). The document doesn't seem to be on their website anymore.
