You can either make your own fresh pesto sauce:    • How To Make Homemade Pesto Sauce To Put On...   or use store bought if you are short on time. Ingredients: 1 large home grown tomato (nothing beats homegrown!) 3 to 4 Tbsp. of homemade pesto sauce (or as much as you like) 3 or 4 slices of FRESH mozzarella cheese 2 slices of prosciutto 2 slices of sourdough french bread butter olive oil Directions: Spread pesto over both slices of bread. Layer on fresh mozzarella, sliced tomato, prosciutto and cover with the other slice of bread. Head a pan over low heat and drizzle a tsp. of olive oil in the middle of the pan where the sandwich will lay. Add a 2 tsp. butter in the oil. Once the oil/butter mixture is melted (swirl it around to mix) lay your sandwich in the mixture. Top the sandwich with more butter. Cover the sandwich with a pot lid. This will help in melting the cheese. Keep the flame low and cook until golden brown on the bottom. Flip the sandwich over and cover again.
