Thank you for watching. The location for this drone shoot was Mt. Iyogatake in Minami Boso City, Chiba Prefecture. I learned from a sign on site that a fatal fall occurred there in April 2023. I actually reached the summit, and the last 70m of the climb is nearly vertical in places, making it a quite scary mountain for beginners. I flew my drone three times, a total of 15 minutes each, from the observation area near the gazebo along the way. I was targeted by black kites twice, so I made this video as an example of how not to handle the situation. If the drone were to come into contact with the bird, it would not only cause the drone to crash, but it would also obviously damage the legs of any raptors trying to catch it. A drone's field of view is just over 80 degrees, so there are many blind spots up, down, left, right, and behind. How many of you are in the habit of always visually checking the area around your drone while flying it?
