Hello everyone, This is chinjeong-eomma. Today, I will make Galbi Jjim. Ingredients 7.8lb Bone-in Beef short ribs, 254g Radish, 1 Onion, 1 Pof pear, 1 Apple, 8 Chestnut, 5 Jujube, 100g Garlic, 62g Ginger, 2 Carrot, 3 Potato, 2 Green onion, 500ml Soy sauce, 1cup of Rice wine, 2/3cup of Oligosaccharide, 1cup of Brown sugar, 1 Tbsp Black pepper
