I've always been interested in wet plate photography! People in the late Edo and Meiji eras would leave a trace of themselves before going to a new place. I wanted to try it out myself when I had the chance to go to France! Wet plate photography, which is projected onto glass, is different from modern photography techniques, and the theory behind development seems to be different from so-called monochrome. I tried to take the photos while imagining how each color would appear!
