This time, I’ll set up a solo camp beneath a majestic, towering eucalyptus forest. Come take a seat by the glowing campfire, hold a warm cuppa in your hands, watch a hearty stew bubbling away in the cast iron pot, and listen to the soothing sound of raindrops rolling down through the leaves. Once again, all drinks and meals will be prepared directly over the fire. I’ll be brewing cowboy coffee and traditional Aussie billy tea using my trusty old billy pot. For meals, I’ll cook a rich Brazilian Feijoada for dinner and some deluxe hash browns for breakfast—all in my cast iron pot.
