Working on a 96,000-LB Marina Forklift (This Thing Is Massive!!!)

In this video, I’m out at the marina working on a 96,000-pound Neptune M250s forklift—and when a machine this big has steering issues, it’s not something you ignore. The problem was excessive play in the steering tie rod link arms, caused by worn pins and bushings. On a forklift of this size, even small amounts of wear can turn into a serious safety issue fast. Saltwater, heavy loads, and constant use take a toll on marina equipment, and this Neptune had definitely earned its miles.
