磯釣り御五神 クラブ6月大会 白いサンゴ礁 R8.6.21

I participated in the local club's June fishing tournament, which had been postponed for two weeks. The day before had rained and caused large swells, so I was worried about the weather. On the day of the tournament, the swells remained, and a strong northerly wind blew after the rain, making for tough fishing conditions. There were only three boats and few anglers, so we were assigned to safer fishing spots less affected by the swells. Once again, I went to Nakabae, located on the west side of the main island, with my neighbor, CYU. The area around this fishing spot is generally shallow, and the area behind it, facing the main island, is a shallow sandy area. The swells stirred up the bottom sand, making the sea cloudy and resembling a "white coral reef." Our target was grunt, so my honest feeling was that it would be difficult in these conditions!
