In this video tutorial, we'll show you how to remove or replace the Volkswagen Passat B6, B7 (2006-2016) rear CC air vents in seven easy steps. 1. Use a pry tool to remove this plastic part from the back of the armrest. 2. Remove these two T20 Torx screws. 3. Pull the bottom part, then lift the plastic part up to remove it from the armrest. 4. Disconnect the cables from the 12-volt outlet. 5. Remove these T20 Torx screws from the air vent. 6. Remove the air vent from the plastic part by first pulling the bottom part. 7. Install the new air vent on the plastic part, then tighten the screws. 8. Reinstall the remaining parts in the reverse order of removal. You can check serial number 3C0819203, which is located on the air vent, to find a new air vent for the VW Passat B6, B7, and CC.
